MX6201 breaking fuser drive gears

I have a MX6201 that strips out all the fuser drive gears about once every 4-5 months. Fuser has been replaced but machine still seems to strip the gears down. Don't have many of these turds out there but don't like them that much. Any suggestions for anyone with greater experience on the MX5500 series? Thanks

yep one big turd. The press roller gets flat spots because customer refuses to set power save at a shorter timeout then the fuser drive unit take a dump. The good news is the drive unit is available as a unit. Three screws and your done.
