    [Jamming] MXFN 24 - MX 904 Jamming On Stapler

    Hi guys,

    what's causing a frequent jamming (7 jammings over 400 prints)?

    My customer prints 2000 pages per day, divided into 5/7 sheets booklet. It Jams 6/7 times a day.
    Paper is curling/pinching a little after being stapled.

      Check the mylars on the black guides that hold the paper. There is one on each guide. Have had these cause issues with stapling and just removed them to fix the issue.

          Make sure all the rollers with the springs each have a spring, see it all the time where springs are missing on that model.
