MXM700 A3 Jamming issue

Hi all im having an issue with an MXM700. It will feed A4 A4R from trays 3 and 4 with no problems. If I try to do multiple copies from trays 3 or 4 with A3 it does the first copy fine but jams on the second page everytime. The jame code is always PFD2_NM1 or NM2 depending on which tray is used.
The second page always stops on the transport rollers driven by vfm the rollers just below the registration unit under the clear plastic guide.
All sensors and motors check out ive changed the heater drum and dev is ok as is the exit unit and im a bit baffled now.

Have you used* aging? Use aging to determine whether the Jam is a mechanical issue or a sensor issue. This will greatly help isolate the issue.

Aging is found on simulation 7-1.

Hi yes i have tried aging and it will feed but tends to crumple the paper a little. I have returned today with a new 3/4 paper feed drive and have also changed pfd2 still no difference.

I'm having this problem, except i'm using 8.5/14 and 11/17 from tray 3 and 4. Exact same results with aging mode.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yes i have cured this issue now after a 3 visits with plenty of bits to try lol... it turned out to be the 1/2 paper feed drive ( CFRM-1105DS52) which is strange as trays 1 and 2 have always worked fine but this unit also drives the transport. I hope this helps with your problem.
