MX-3100n, Maintenance Required DK....

Hey guys..
I have a new customer who's got this message on the front panel. It appears to be needing a Black Drum Unit, but I'm not sure if anything else should be done? Does the drum reset the indication, or do I have to go into simulation to do that?

I would replace the drum and the main charger kit at the same time. You will need to go into the sims to reset both these items.

There may be other items needed as well. The black developer is timed at 100K pages for replacement with the drum and maint kit. Also a filter and a couple of cleaners. Depending on the cycle of the copier other items are scheduled for replacement at 200K and 300K pages. There is a button on top right of display that reads MFP status. Touch that and it may give you more information, or print out a sim 22-6 and you can see current page counts for maint items.
