[HELP] MX-3060N always hang up.

Every time i start to copy or print it will hang up and unable to use the printer. what suppose to be the problem?.
does anyone encounter this problem?

firmware already updated, and its almost brand new with the total count of 170k only.

does it have an SD card?...try re-seating it or maybe replacing it...exactly what conditions exist when you push the copy button and it "hangs up"?

What do you mean it hangs up? As in it stops printing? Does the control panel freeze?

Have you tried formatting the HDD?

every time i press the copy button the panel freezes or even entering in simulation mode.

Msata problem.replace and flash with latest firmware

I replaced Msata and update the firmware and its a success!! thanks so much for your help.
