    MXC301W

    I have a client that has a jam every morning, but there is no paper. If she opens and closes the right side door and sometimes the doc feeder cover, it will work until the next morning. I checked 22-6 and there are FUSER jam codes, I replaced the fuser and I got a call back. I am not able to duplicate symptom. My thoughts are to check the power to machine, and also see if I can get it to go into sleep mode and wait awhile for fuser to cool and then send a print job. Any other thoughts.

        I replaced the two sensors in the delivery unit, this seemed to fix FUSER jam codes.
