[Error Code] U2-06 - MX-C300w

Hello everybody.

I've got a MX-300w with this error.
There's no evidence in the Manual for this. And I am sure of the error number.
Can anybody help me?

I'm thinking it is a RAM error from the main control board. Did you try to clear in simulation?

SIM 16?
It's hard to get to sim menu. Look like hanging on the menu before reaching SIM Menus.
Do you think we should change RAM? Or Check Ram contacts.

I'm pretty sure that you have a bad MFP flash Rom. Try changing them to see if that fixes it. Hanging up like that, it could also be the hard drive.

Swapped flash rom with no success. I don't have a mainboard to check.
Is there a HDD on MXC300W? I will Check

We even tried to Force FW Upgrade firmware.
No way.

I think I can waste it down!

Use SIM 60 to test the memory installed on the MFP pwb. If your code is actually U2-05, DO NOT run SIM 16, you will lose the data on the EEPROM. Use SIM 56-2 to backup the data before running SIM 16. You can also clear the SDRAM with SIM 67-70.
No HDD on a model 300.....
