A customer has a Sharp MX-M200D that is skewing, but only from the bypass tray. I've removed the Manual Paper Feed Unit (bypass ok?), cleaned it thoroughly, stop plate and arm are working nicely, no obstructions or adhesive residue and the feed roller is in like new condition and attached correctly. I'm at a loss and about to replace the unit out of desperation. There's no service contract on the machine, and I hate looking, or sounding, like an idiot in front of the customer. He likes to hover while repairs are going on. Any help would be appreciated.
