[CQ] MX4100 scan/copy issues

I have an MX 4100 that prints out barcode like lines when using either copies from the glass or from the scanner. Only happens during scan or copy processes. Prints are great! I have another machine and I swapped out all the scanner boards, all the copy lamp components and nothing has changed its characteristics. After vacuuming the backside of the CCD board the defect disappeared only to reappear within 10 copies.
Any of you technical wizards ever seen anything like this?

but prints fine.
