Sharp MX453 Stuck in Waiting when duplexing!!!

Sharp MX 453 When you do a 2 to 2 or 2 to 1 duplex it get stuck in job status saying Waiting

Things we have tried:
Duplex is not disabled
Replaced CIS for second side
Replaced Doc Feeder
Format HDD

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

I Work on these a lot and never saw this problem, have you tried replacing the memory?

I don't think it is the SD Card on the Doc feeder might be the SD on the Scanner control PWB or the Dimm 1, 2 or 3?

No SD cards on a 453. Memory chips are labeled "LF" on MFP board, try re-seating or replacing to see if that solves it.

update the firmware...maybe format the HDD...
