    MX4141N TouchScrees Black, green LED Flashing on Op Panel

    Normally the green LED will light solid and stop blinking when power is turned on, but the green LED on the control panel keep flashing (forever), the touchscreen stays dark, and the fans are running.

    I replaced MFPC (including the little piggy back PCB with the memory and firmware, these are only on the 4141/5141 models) , HDD, and op panel.

    Any help on this would be awesome!

    Seen similar posts with same problem but different model, so sorry if this is a repeat.

      HI have you tried replacing the sd card as sometimes sd card get corrupted can cause the fault as the machine boots from the sd card.

          Try reseating the mother PWB first. It is an easy attempt. I have had their connection to the MFP PWB and PCU PWB become somewhat flakey sometimes. If that doesn't do it, then yeah, it's your SD card.

              if you replace the sd card and reconnecet the controller dosent work. Replace the PSU.
              Nothing is impossible for them who should not do it.

                  SD was it!
                  Touchscreen comes on and machine comes to ready state, but now there's no drive to the registration motor.
                  Troubleshooting now.
