Sharp AR M455N

I have this Sharp AR M455 set up to email me the reports. I specifically wanted the meter reports once a month. But I keep getting low paper notices. I have looked on the web interface to try and find where I can select the notices I want, but I can't find it. I am hoping someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.
