What is the problem you are having. If you need a new SD Card, just order one. You can also try a CN update. That can sometimes bring back the SD card.

Machine won't boot up. Blank control panel with amber light that flashes green. I was hoping to get it going today. I ordered a new one but will take almost a week.

On this model, look at the MFP board. It should have 4 solid LEDs showing. The machine boots MFP, SD card, then HDD.
Unplug the HDD and see if you can get the machine to error out with E7-03. If so, chances are the HDD is the cause. Also, check the DC power supply. I had a 4111 3 weeks ago that was missing 5v in three spots from the DC board. Machine exhibited the same sympthom you describe (no boot, flashing light on op panel).
