Registration variation mx 6500

Hello all

we have a very strange fault with mx-6500 and lc13n paper source


when lc13n is set to heavy 2 bypass customer using 250 gram cover stock from there they produce a booklet with inners 100gm fed from main body of lc13n
this is printed to machine
the lead edge starts off okay and then drifts out to the point were the lead edge dissapears but only on the 250gm cover stock.. and eventually jams just out of the fuser
If the job is run from the machine trays no problems.. no lead edge varaition

Also if you run copys from the lc13n bypass the registration varies again starts off okay

parts replaced here we go

another lc13n complete

machine mfp pcu

data clear run on machine different sd tried

nvram reflashed

new ps unit

we are thinking something some were in the machine is corrupted but what and how to restore it ???

We are a sharp dealer in the uk... they are baffled also...

Anybody offer any magic to resolve this one...
