has anybody experienced this? there are tiny dots (page looks like a graphing paper) on the entire page. We already replaced the main charger kit, cleaned the entire machine, replaced the board but still is not fixed. I am a CPA and my tech guy (he's serviced that machine for the past 6 years) can't seem to find out the source of the problem. Anybody had that experience?

I'm not familiar with that brand of machines, but if we're talking about a color machine with tiny almost-imperceptible yellow dots all over the page, then Zootech is right on the money - it's a fingerprint put in place so if someone decides to use the machine to counterfeit anything, then it will be possible for the authorities to track down the machine.' Re: tiny dots on the entire pare
Machine info would be nice. Also, can you provide an example? Old developer can cause a type of shading on pages that may look like dots. Usually changing DV and calibrating will take care of that, assuming the seals on the unit are in good shape.Comment
