End user faxed us a document with the problem. I've seen something similar, turned out to be noise, and all we did was reseat the MFP PWB and the problem went away.
Not sure if this one is the same. The print looks very strange, and different from what I remember as noise.
Nevertheless, we're going to go reseat cables. Just wanted to know if anyone had some advice, or concretely can say they had seen this problem before.
