Does anybody know how to read the files attached to the status/error mails you get from a Sharp?

- E-mail DIAG TEXT INFO.RC1
- E-mail DIAG Option Data.R02
- E-mail DIAG Jam Trouble Data.R05
...

No idea what those files containt, but i'm curious
