First I would check my developer unit, make sure the mag roller is completely covered and developer.

I'm with Phil B on this one. What are your counts on drum, developer, transfer roller, etc.. What is the total count on the MFP, also what have you done to correct the issue? basic cleaning.... wait, don't tell me, I know, canned air! (sarcasm) That fixes everything... especially, when you blow all the crap out of the paper path on to a high voltage board. Just a guess on my part

Dear Sir thank you for your cooperation with me

In fact, I was replaced developer " MX-312NV " With a new powder " MX-312NV " I bought it before twenty months ago , Because I thought the problem was because developer . But after I've replaced it, the problem is still going on , So I'm sure the problem is not in developer , Unless there is an expiration date for the powder of developer .
Is there an expiry date for developer ?

They do have a shelf life, but I've never seen them expire. I'm not experienced enough to troubleshoot, I actually need to be in front of the machine. But I am curious to what the issue actually is so if you don't mind when you do find the solution can you post it thank you

In fact I am a novice in machinery maintenance

I do not have the money to bring a technician with a great experience

So I'll try to learn to fix this problem myself by reading in different sites and showing the problem to all the people who help beginners and sure I will find them

                      thank you again

then may I suggest.. go to the " Manual Request " forum... get the Service Manual.. you SHOULD be able to google the User/Admin/Network manuals for free.

Study the theory and look up your issue.. most times they are simple ( could be costly ) Fixes.

replace drum charger kit MX-311NC first before order the HV board. Sound like main charger leaking.
