    [Electrical] power problems concerning MX-7500

    we have a customer who experiences a lot of electrical power problems in their building...can somebody offer a recommendation for the proper type of voltage regulator we should steer them towards?... here is what the manual says about power requirements...

    200 V (North America, etc.) 200 V (Europe, etc.)
    Maximum rated power Consumption*1 2880W 3840W
    Energy consumption rate Not applicable
    TEC value (Measured result) 65cpm machine 8.1kWh Now Measuring
    75cpm machine 9.1kWh Now Measuring

    Recovery time from pre-heat mode 30 sec.
    Moving time to sleep mode 58 minutes (default) 58 minutes (Europe)
    * Printer mode: 10sec. (default)
    Recovery time from sleep mode 75cpm model: 53.25sec or less. 65cpm model: 48.15sec or less.

        do they have a warranty against failure of their product and damage to the unit? 30a version carries up to $12,000 repair cost to the unit should their product fail.

          Yes there is a warranty against failure of their product and damage to the unit, I don't have the exact numbers in front of me.
