MX5141 Broadcast Scanning error only on 40+

Hi, I just had an MX5111N at a customers office that they would broadcast scan 200+ emails at a time from the machine with no problem. We placed a new MX5141 in its place and it scans fine on single scanning, and broadcast scanning until you get to around 40ish email address's, anymore then 40 and it will come up immediately and say (selected servers not found) and will not send any emails. We have tried cloning, manually duplicating all settings from the old machine, and changing email servers also with no luck.

Anyone with some possible insight on this? We are at a total loss on this.

what is the capacity of the ADF tray? 50 seems a bit high.

The max capacity really shouldn't have anything to do with this. But just for fun, it's 150 pages for a Sharp MX5141. I had a similar issue on a Sharp MXM363 or a model similar to that series. The problem I had, was a couple of the email addresses. Sometimes the address book can become corrupt, even though the addresses look perfectly fine. I'm assuming their address book is quite large, so narrowing it down may be difficult. Other than reentering all addresses, firmware updates, and making sure the email size is not being exceeded, I'm not sure what else to try.

They are usually 2-3 pages at most when they broadcast. We did have to manually put in all the email addresses due to not being able to clone the address book off the old machine due to some error, (always said machine was busy no matter what mode it was in) This is something they do daily and the old machine did it with no issues. I will go back through and check the address, however I would think even with a bad address it would just send a rejection notice to the email account and not actually cancel out the job.

Firmware version 04.00.Rd.f0 with DSK

Please check your version, there are some problems in the older version with network + main unit control
