I fought this on a 465 was very random ended up the mfpc pwb.

I had one of these that would make extremely light prints and copies intermittently.

I backed up the network settings and the address book, I then reset the machine to factory settings.

Never had to go back on it.

Power cycle the machine and the CQ comes back.



Was curious if anyone else has encountered this/ knows of a permanent resolve for such an odd intermittent issue.
