I have a Sharp MX4141 i have put in all the right credentials to scan to email for DNS and the SMTP and I keep getting a time out error. So I decided to authenticate through Gmail I get the same error. I do a test through the web interface and I get a succeed response. I was wondering if there's anything in service mode for me to check or has been switched off. Any help would be appreciated.
