Thanks for the reply, the machine is working perfectly as a copier and a printer, it's just the scanning thats stopped? I thought the SD Card was all to do with the initiall boot up process.

got there this morning and the machine is working perfectly?? The scan job log does show yesterday it failed time and time again, but today it all seems fine. Weird one
