LC11 tray 5 is ready to open

LC11 keeps giving "tray5 is ready to open"

DUNT-9392DSZZ LCC MAIN PWB has been replaced.

Tray does not rise to the top. Normally when you close it, it goes up...now it doesnt

When i put a multimeter on the motorconnector and i close the tray, i get nothing.

Tested the cable from the mx5141 to the lcc, all cables are good.

    Tried another mx5141, same thing.

    Have you tested the sensors?

I know that sounds daft but you haven't mentioned it?

I've seen this on multiple units over the years, LCX1's, LCX2's, LCX6's, LC12's......all basically the same thing.
Confirm the sensor for Engine Connection (LCCD) is working & aligned. I've had this sensor pop out of place due to the LCC being slammed closed while not perfectly level with the engine. If the LCCD sensor does not detect Tray 5 as being fully closed & connected, you'll get that message.
Confirm the sensor for Tray Insertion (LCLD) is also working and aligned. I've seen the harness for this sensor cut in half, and the sensor be popped out of place. Its the very large sensor near the lift motor unit in the back cover.
These 2 sensors are critical to begin the tray lifting.

Turns out the actuator didnt activate the LDD sensor, problem solved

        thx!
