[Error Code] MX2314 - NETWORK SCANNING

So I have a customer who has a MX2314 set up to scan over SMB to a folder on their server, all worked fine until 29th April when it stopped working, looks like a microsoft update has stopepd this and i can onlt think its the SMB 1.0 or similar has been switched off and the MX2314 cannot scan to the higher SMB scan security level?

    Am I right with this?

    Would a MX2614 work?

We are having to swap it foc as its part of a large contract, so hoping a MX2614 will work or a MX2640 if needed?

    Please help?

MX2640 will only support SMB ver 2

You could (if allowed) run a ftp service to accept scans to folder.

      Re: MX2314 - NETWORK SCANNING

SMBv1 was dumped in 2014 so it is doubtful this is the root cause 7 years later.
Check your job log for the specific error code. Generally, the folder path, username or password has changed. The error code will point you in the right direction.

I have started using this as well, in more difficult places or where it sees to get "broken" frequently. It works pretty well, is quick and easy
