    MX8081

I have a MX8081 that came in with just black and yellow imaging. I reseated all the pcu connectors after unplugging machine and now I get all but no actual image. Here is the 64-5 before and after the reseating of the PCU pwb

Edit: this machine sucks, co-coworker had to do Full PM and replace the LSU and the registration resist unit as well for the same issue yours is showing. Updated to reflect what he did to the machine. he had the same issue.

              update.
Nothing we tried repaired the machine. Sent it back to the distributor. Problem solved.

Laser units are the culprit when something like this happens.

You can clearly see the laser unit is toast. Look at all the missing lines in the black boxes on the 64-5 on the 2nd image. That alone says it's time to replace the laser unit
