Hello, This one is stumping me. Everything works except printing. Scan to email works, I can access machine web page. When a print is sent to the machine I dont see any indication that anything is happening. So far I did emergency firmware update and I replaced the MFPC board. I think it is something with the machine, I cant print from my laptop either. Looking for some suggestions where to look from here. Thanks for any help.

If the machine is set for static, set it to DHCP, and use that IP to print, avoid hostname for now. Always make sure the subnet and gateway are the exact same.
A few other things to check:
Authentication preventing it?
22-6 Pg 5 for HDD Smart Info - Should read all Zero's. If it's anything else, then HDD is failing. (haven't had that cause no printing, but it could happen I suppose)
Change the network cable(though it's rare that they go bad)
You could try a reset of the NIC but I don't think that would do anything since you swapped the MFP board. -

Looks like a few things happened to this machine at once. No service calls for a long time no lots of troubles. We have machine all working now. Now fighting a copy quality problem. It seems to have good solids but the half tones are real light, wont complete calibration. Made sure all optics are clean. reseated connections on ccd and scan board. Half tones light on prints and copies. Cleared 44-27 and did 44-26. once we get this figured out this machine will be done. Anybody have any suggestions for light halftones? I appreciate any suggestions. The scans are bad but they dont look bad until it does halh tone correct, that comes out light and when put on glass machine does not see it.Attached FilesComment

What does 25-1 look like? We used to have issues all the time with this series (mostly 565's) and they would do this occasionally. We would have to clean the sensor under the secondary transfer roller, and completely recalibrated it, and would be okay. But definitely had to spin DV with 25-2 and then calibrate sometimes, and then it would look good. We used to have it be SUPER dark, and then randomly suuuuuper light.Comment

We have this machine at the shop till we get this figured out.Off the glass the test page is acceptable. The internal prints are real light. Also when trying to calibrate it goes and fails, says target of halftone failed. We have tried mfp board, different developer unit, different drum unit, emergency firmware, hdd . looks like strictly a halftone problem. I wish we had another of these I could swap parts with. Here are some more samples in case it looks familiar to anyone.Comment

I guess it sort of makes sense because it's on the MFP board... But yeah, never had that happen. HDD I could see, but I guess that machine utilizes garbage SD cards more than the HDD.Comment
