    bad Magenta fill on BP-70C55

I am getting a bad Magenta fill on BP-70C55. All the other colors are solid fill. There are 18,000 black copies and 55,000 color copies. Machine is almost a year old. I have cleaned contacts on all the drums and developers. I have replaced the magenta drum unit with a brand new complete unit. All optics have been cleaned. When I try to do auto registration I end up with ERROR: DATA_SUB_K_F_2nd 11. I have tried to do the registration thru system settings and thru Sim 50-22. We are using genuine sharp toners. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Had this the other week. I had to add a new dev to it. Not sure why though.

Thanks, that was the next thought I was tossing around but wanted some input as it is way early for developer.

The solution was to replace the magenta developer.
        Thank You harps05

There was a bulletin relating to developer pull (not sure if this your issue) and to check the blank lamps were in the correct position, this would cause lack of drum quenching and result in low dev quantity.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
