The only difference between the fusers from the B/W to the color is the exit from the fuser. On the B/W it is taller than on the color. I put a fuser from a color BP into a B/W BP and it worked just fine. However there is a gap between the top of the fuser and the delivery unit then and could eventually cause jamming issues. The fuser from the B/W will not fit into the opening of a color machine because of height of the fuser exit.

BP-FU703 (mono device only), uses the same belt (BP-FB703).

More than likely the fusers are the same, except for one pin position or extra sensor.

    started a topic BP-FU703 VS BP-FU701

    BP-FU703 VS BP-FU701

is there a difference between BP-FU703 VS BP-FU701

    according to the handy guide:
BPFU703 should be for the BPxMx machines?
BPFU701 should be for the BPxCx machines? But the fusing belt is also the BPFB703

The price for the FU701 is much lower than for the FU703
    FB701 is discontinued

    i'm confused...
Working...
