A New client Called and has hired us to Service their machine which is displaying : CODE C4-10
The solution would be the following :
"Set the engine soft SW8-3 in SIM55-1 to "0". (The mode returns to the normal PTC control mode.)"
But I suspect the previous Service Company activated Sim55-1 to conceal a problem with the machine.
I would like to be prepared for that possibility so I am reaching out to ask for any Input on this issue,
What other problems can this machine have?
