MX C301 Document Feeder

I have machine that will not make a copy through the document feeder. It says check original. I have replaced all the boards and the document feeder. Any thoughts? I ran all the test commands for the doc feeder. The motor won't run in commands. You can hear the motor try when you try to use it but it never runs.

Does it try to feed the original?

Do you hear any noise from the document feeder?

clean feed roolers, check to make sure left hinge is not broken. Anything past that it is almost cheaper to swap doc feeder
