[Misc] MX3050 & Scanning to Sharepoint

    Hi everyone,

I have a customer with a MX3050 and they wish to scan into MS Sharepoint, I have told them that they need a MXAMX2 OSA key to make this work but their IT people say they have got it working without this although its very slow?

Can someone confirm whether it does need a MXAMX2 OSA key or not?

Confused here and Sharp are little help.

Didn't the MXAMX2 and MXAMX3 Product Kits come standard on the MX3050 through Europe and USA?
There were some models in the CR4 range which had these kits standard, while other regions they were an option.
Maybe check Sim 22-10 and see if ACM - Application Communication Module, or MXAMX2 is installed by default already.

Yes, you do need the MXAMX2 kit installed to scan/print from the supported cloud features on these models.
