Sharp MX-M2615 Hard drive Failure and Firmware with Watermark Request

Hello I have a Sharp MX-M2615 with a fail hard drive. I tried using a format computer hard drive however the machine is booting up with an E7-03. Can anyone assist if i can use a regular sata 2.5 hard and perform simulation to get it working . Or will i have to purchase a sharp hard drive from the delaer. Also if firmware is available can someone share it. Thanks

Any 500GB sata will work. We upgrade to SSD drives now when they fail. Some settings will be lost.

When you turn the copier on with the new HDD it may take a little longer to boot up but it will boot normally after that.

A drive that's been formatted for a computer will not work, it must be a blank 500gb drive. Other than that any 2.5in sata drive should work.
