What's the authentication error number on display, and are you using OneDrive for Business?
OneDrive is not supported. OneDrive for Business is supported.

I am trying to set up a MX3070 to scan into a folder in Onedrive, without any success. I have entered the Onedrive name in the Cloud settings and have the correct log on credentials, but everytime I try and connect, it fails with Authentication error?

I've gone through the Sharp set up for scanning to Onedrive and everything checks out but i cannot get passed this error?

Anyone done this that can help?
