looks like they fit the connector similar to what the sharp ones are. So these look like the ones to get.

We just got the sharp swabs. I think they are a special made for this useage. They are super thin at the tip- like 25 thousandths thick. I am not saying you cant find these somewhere else but I have never seen anything like them before. They have to be real thin, like flat to fit into the connector. On the fuser connector I can squeeze in out regular swabs but on the machine side connector it is real thin and that is where these swabs will work.archive (7).zip

    Will do.

The ones I ordered were listed in TT-121719_1 to be used for the same H code issues. 8 months later Sharp released CCE-2283 and listed their own part# for a different swab. Maybe the ones I ordered didn't work as well. I will let you know if they do the job.

$32.15 for 100 online. Not sure what Sharp sells them for but I just ordered them from somewhere else.

Edit: Just found the bulletin for the UKOG-0364FCZZ swabs. Not what I ordered and yes they are pricey.

We ordered the ones from sharp because the ones we already have which are normal size dont fit into the connector where they want to be cleaned.

I'm betting that it's bad power from the wall outlet, not corroded contacts.

Thanks. I have heard about this for a while but have never ran into it myself. I tried to clean out the connector but my swabs do not fit in there. We have the ones from sharp on order-They must be made of gold for the price they get for them.Ill try cleaning the connector better and maybe spray it out with electrical contact cleaner. Or put in harness from another machine just to fix the customers machine and deal with problem here.

It is not a dedicated line. I have a power moniter on it now.
