[Jamming] Sharp MX-3571 Jamming in fuser.

Paper getting jammed in fuser, the paper gets completely wedged under the upper separate plate (separation blade) toward the exit side of the fuser. It only happens when there is a picture that prints to the edge of the margins, text documents seem to be fine. Also noticed that the image is not completely fused to the page, and the fuser belt and roller get gunked up with toner stuck to it. Tried several things to correct the problems.

    1. replaced fuser separate blade and springs.
    2. Replaced Fuser.
    3. set paper settings to 28lbs.
    4. set paper trays to print letter "R".
    5. Set print driver to print in photo mode.
    -And last attempt (still testing)
    6. Changed leading edge position to 45. SIM (50-5)

If anybody has any thoughts on this or has seen the same problem with the Sharp MX-3571 please let know.
    Thanks

50-5 "A" was the trick for us. Default is 30, your change to 45 should have great improvement. Just watch out for certain documents that might be cut off.

I have had some luck changing the heat setting in sim 43-1 on plain paper to +10 and also upgrading the firmware to current and setting the machine to auto run the fuser clean mode at different intervals in sim 55-1 sw32 and choosing which interval to have it run changing data 5,6,or 7 will determine which interval it will run. Follow Technical Bulletin CCE-2917 for specifics on that one. When doing that I will warn the customer not to panic when they see the yellow sheet come out when that runs.
