    MX-M3050 won't show system settings

This unit will not show system settings from the touch screen, stays in "please wait". When accessing address book from web page shows "ERROR[3000]: Processing failed. (ABCC663C:2446:37) > New HDD, mSATA, MFP PWB, firmware, same result.

Initially I would have thought Msata. You are already beyond that fix, my next thought would be a harness or connectors. The final thought would be a bad Eprom. I will be interested in the final solution. Have you tried a factory reset?

I had this exact same problem. Initially HDD allowed me to get into system settings and the web interface. Had some additional problems after a few months and replaced msata and MFPC PWB. Worked for awhile but then customer went off contract. We recently replaced the machine with a BP model they had taken their old machine and set it outsides it was a boat anchor!!. Not much help but thought I would mention it.

On a side note try end of lease procedure under security settings if you can access it. I have had this fix a lot of problems on this series.

      Good luck

already have this with a CR4.5 . Replace hard drive.
You have to initialise it, and send with a sim EEPROM config files to it

Can you access sim's? If so you could try to import eeprom settings from another MX-M3050.
