[Jamming] Sharp jamming from tray 1

My Sharp MX 2600n is not picking up paper, it's jamming between the first tray, and it's can not seen until I draw the tray which will squize the paper and tire it off before it can be removed. And is constantly like but the bypass tray works normally when I put only one paper. When I put two papers on the bypass, it will draw both and jam. I can only be putting them one by one

From your text it is not possible to see what you have already done yourself, cleaned or checked. How old are the parts that are installed? With the information provided here, it is not possible to give a correct answer. It could be the feed rollers, a broken gear in the transfer belt, etc.
