    [Misc] MX3071 finisher stapling off-center

Our office MX-3071 is stapling about 2mm off center; doesn't sound like much, but it keeps all but the middle pages from opening flat, which is critical for optimal music reading. Is there a user adjustment that can address this?

This will require a tech as there are no user options for this.

What model finisher? And saddle stitch I assume? There are adjustments in simulation for that; but if it just started happening, the saddle paper path would need cleaned and inspected first, as adjustments may only be temporary.

        Your handle made me smile.

I'll try to find out the model #. Yes, saddle stitch. I was told a technician came by last week to fix it, but it appears the problem remains (see photo). Unless it's an adjustment that's done in Settings, I'm mainly hoping to learn how to better describe to the tech what we need done.

        Thanks!
