I've got a weird issue with this Sharp-MX-C507F. Anytime a document is scanned to a network folder this error message comes up on the OP panel: "Incompatible settings were selected. Some settings have been modified. Do you want to continue with the job?"
We've checked and updated drivers and firmware, double and triple checked driver and settings, deleted network scan profiles/location and created a new scan folder on the workstation. I even did a reset to factory settings and a fresh setup. Still getting this message with each scan. Sharp Tech support is stumped and has only recommended what we've already tried. The message doesn't prevent scanning or cause any other issues with scan output, etc., but it is annoying for the customer. I was hoping you folks might have some suggestions on how to resolve. Thanks!
