I have a customer that says first thing in morning one side of copy is light???
After they run a few everything seems normal??? They claim their paper isn't damp.
    Going tomorrow in person, Thanks.

Had a similar issue back on an MX-4100 where every day the first few pages would come out super light and then perfect, and it ended up being the TC PWB. But, then also another board was blowing it out so the issue came back 2 months later so we had to replace the same board again and another one.

Otherwise, as always, rule out customer error, firmware, make sure it's not software related, and then go from there.

We had a similar issue with a MX-2610 in a construction trailer. Turned out to be machine placement. The customer had the machine just to the side of a window, and temperatures had recently started dropping as we got into winter. We moved the machine to the adjacent wall, away from the window and outside wall, and no more problems
