    BP-LC10 phantom jam

We have an LC10 that jams for no reason it seems. Took it back to the shop and ran a few thousand with NO jams. Has anyone had any problems with this unit? Codes are LPFD_NL and SL

I believe someone who installed that MFP forgot to attach the LCC paper guide onto the paper entering guide of the machine. It's about 30 cm long mylar strip with adhesive side.

We talking new? Or over 100k?

We had the MX LC whatever do it with a 6070, ended up replacing the feed drive on it and all good. But I would definitely make sure it's lined up in the field. If it's in your office on a nicely flat floor it's probably fine.
