BP-50C31 connected to Envisionware LPT One not duplexing correctly

We have a customer that has setup virtual printers for coin-op printing using EnvisionWare LPT One. When they select multiple prints of multipage documents duplexed, they receive all of the page ones duplexed together. Then all the page twos duplexed together and so forth. If they bypass the EnvisionWare software the printer correctly prints the document. There is also a Sharp MX-3051 in the system with the same issue. Is there a setting in EnvionWare that needs to be set correctly to solve this issue? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like the group / sort setting in the print driver need to be changed.
Older version but here is a basic guide:
Setting printing options with Envisionware LPTONE public printing software

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
