sharp mx3050 jamming

I have a sharp mx3050 copier. The machine jams at the registration roller assy. It does throw up a code. But they have been clear out. It does this thru out the day. No jam. Just feed the paper up to the registration roller assy and runs for a minute. the panel is stuck on the display that its coping the page. I replaced sensors by the roller assy. replaced the sensor there. Any help would be nice. Thanks

What happens if you put the copier in aging misfeed 7-1 ?

I had this happen on a 4071. jams with no jam code listed then it would code out with an H5-01 error. Replaced the POD1 sensor and all was good.

yea ive had to replace a few pod1 sensors on these as well, I believe there was a tech bulletin back in the day on them.

If it's sitting there at the reg/ps roller, check the log for pri_jam. That would be the HDD because its trying to process the job and it will wait there for the data.
