[Error Code] P_ON jam code won't clear

I have a BP-70C55 with an FN13 1k finisher in the shop with a P_ON jam code on the APEX sensor in the finisher. I have upgraded the firmware and replace the photosensors in the finisher, but the code won't clear. When I go into SIM mode to find the jam/error code none is reported so there is nothing to clear out. Any ideas because I am stumped?

Do the jogger front and rear at power up go back and forth to home position? mine was a FN16 and
Repalced process tray unit for the finisher. Thought originally front jogger sensor was bad but ordered
whole unit and worked fine after that. Believe jogger motor had a bad spot in it but wasn't that expensive and
ordered whole unit and not real difficult to replace. Good luck.
