    bp-90c80 new set up check connection between main unit and lct

    setting up a new machine and I'm getting a message to check connection between main unit and the lct. thought firmware would fix the problem but it did not. see image attached1000001503 (1).jpg

    Aren't you missing a MX-RB14 unit between the main unit and the MX-LC13N ?

      Also, that LCT has a separate power cord I believe.

          That error is talking about the physical connection between the LCT and the machine. There is a small sensor that detects when it is fully clicked into place. That error means the sensor isn't actuated. With the LCT attached, you need to *loosen* the screw in the top left of the front face of the LCT with the drawer open. Then simply push/lift the lct towards the machine until it clicks.

          Below is a picture of the sensor I'm talking about.

          Edit: I just realized this is a air feeder, my picture is from a smaller high cap tray, but they use the same connection and sensor set up.
