    Sharp mxc303 & 304 replacement

Does anyone have any information on the release date of BPC542WD / BPC533WD / BPC533WR??????

I have signed leases for multiple 304's......however cannot get any info from Sharp regarding the release of the 304 replacements......release date was supposed to be last Tuesday.

    Re: Sharp mxc303 & 304 replacement

I contacted our sales rep with Sharp about 3 weeks ago and he told me it should be out end of last week. Well, I don't see it yet. They have the print drivers out but not the manuals yet. That is all I know at this time. Good luck.

I check TD every day. Heat Map shows they were supposed to be available last month. I wonder who or what the Pres. will blame this gap of product on?

Just received our first one. If you are ordering a BP-CS12, make sure it contains the wiring harness. We did not receive one, and did not notice until re-checking the installation manual. We believed it was the same as the previous MX-CS12 with a fixed connector.

Are you located in the USA ridgemill? Been waiting for Sharp to release it. Manuals, firmware, and drivers are all out. Thanks

So, I'm looking at the specs for this new color model and MY GOODNESS, WHY IS IT SO LARGE? Can't Sharp make a smaller desktop machine? Nearly 100lbs, you can only really put this on a couple cassettes and base and it's a normal sized MFP. They're 4 inches deeper than the B/W version which is already pushing the limits of a desktop.

Au contraire I think it's better so we have a real A4 copier instead of a cheap A4 mfp (in the eyes of the customer).
????We had to replace a C301W with a Canon because of this, to please the customer feeling.

UK, we are in the same position as you guys across the pond. Had to wait a while until they arrived.

Asked my boss, he said he's been following up with our distributor. Hopefully sometime this coming week?

I know clients that would greatly benefit from the smaller form factor mfps. Especially replacing our C402SC's still in the field.

Just received a BP-C545WD via FedEx Ground, upside down. Ground no longer requires a signature so they just drop it in the warehouse and leave. When I say "drop it" that is exactly what they did when I reviewed the camera footage. Carried in upside down, dropped on its side and then flipped up. All the packaging was busted into pieces.
We were told these were delayed becasue they did not meet the US drop test standards and Sharp had to rework the packaging.

Did you use oven mitts? They must have dropped it like it was hot.

Dude didn't put much effort into bending over to set it down. I give him credit though for carrying that large of a carton by himself. I could tell by looking at the carton that it had laid on every side and the top during the journey.
