I have seen the AINPD sensor lever drag intermittently due to wear or debris in the holder. Clean and lube should fix that up.
Almost every time ive had jamming in the duplexer it's from that sensor getting stuck or returns to slow. Remove the sensor, take some sand paper and clean around the flags shafts as they did have a mold problem when the flags were made and some extra plastic sits on the shaft.

Most of the Codes with the exception of one, are APPD1_S - ADU Transport Sensor Remaining Jam. The other is the AINPD_S.

The paper enters the DU4, getting past the first set of rollers (upper rollers) and stalling at the second set (lower rollers). It doesn't make a difference which direction the paper is fed.

I cleaned everything that I could. My thinking was that it is the Control Board - but I might be missing something with the cleaning - not sure.

where exactly is the paper when it stops?

    what jam code is given?

Does it do it every time?

    What paper sizes/directions?

I've also seen the transport idler rollers get wedged a certain way so as not to make contact with the transport rollers.

    AR-DU4 Miss Feeding Issue

Have a DU4 that stalls just behind left door. Check & cleaned all the sensors - okay. Went to SIMMS 9-1&2 - everything seems okay. Cleaned Feed. Still stalling. Board maybe?

    Any help or suggestions appreciated.
