Has anyone experienced this problem with user authentication with a MX4501? Local copy or use works fine -try to send from a user on the network and it will not work at all. We can print just fine to this unit but when user authenticion (account) is turned off but when on we can't get a pass code block to show up the computers and it will not print. Help! What is wrong here? Also how do you setup desktop scanning? We tried the twain but to no avail. We are using the latest print driver.
