Cool! Along the right column you can see the actual printer control language text of the print job (PCL XL). Is this Sharp's idea of a data capture? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The problem looks much like a corruptted print driver. what I can suggest is to uninstalled the print driver, update the firmware on the MFD to the very latest, download the latest print driver from Sharp's website and give a go.
All the best of luckComment

1-SYSTEM SETTINGS or CUSTOM SETTINGS(with old MFDs)
2-LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR (00000)
3-PRINTER SETTINGS
4-INTERFACE SETTINGS
5-'HEXADECIMAL DUMP MODE' IS THE FIRST LINE
6-UNTICK THE BOX TO TURN IT OFF
CAUTION: PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TICK MARKS FROM:
ENABLE USB PORT & ENABLE NETWORK PORTComment

When Hexadecimal Dump Mode is activated , the print data is printed as hexadecimal byte values rather than characters. Control commands are also printed as hex values.
This allows you to inspect what control and print characters are being sent to the printer, which is a useful debugging facility for the more difficult printing problems. Its usually an option used by programmers as well, to fine-tune any special commands they have written into a specific client program.
Its usually not on by default. Its something that you enable/disable yourself.
